Announcement of Termination
of Distribution Agreement with Client.
GIOMIC Inc., (“GIOMIC”) hereby announces its decision to not renew and terminate the Distribution Agreement of 「GIOMIC products」 and 「MINI CHALLENGE Race Series」 Organization Rights with its client Great Drive Group (“Great Drive”) and its affiliated companies, including but not limited to the following companies, Great Drive Limited (Located in Hong Kong) and Great Drive Enterprise Company Limited (Located in Shenzhen, China).
GIOMIC brand Distribution Agreement
・Signed Date: 1st June, 2015 (Hong Kong/China)
・Duration: 1st June, 2015 to 31st Dec 2018
MINI CHALLENGE Race Series Organization Rights
・Signed Date: 1st Sept, 2016
・Duration: 1st Sept, 2016 to 30th Aug, 2018
GIOMIC will have no affiliations with Great Drive after the termination of the agreements.

中国及び香港の代理店についてのお知らせ
冠省 当社とGreat Drive（香港・中国）並びにその関連各 社との間で締結されていた、 「GIOMIC」及び「MINI CHALLENGE」の「独占的販売代理 店契約」について、下記の契約内容に基づく契約期間満了 後も一部での継続取引を行っておりましたが、 2019年12月31日をもって、代理店取引の継続を行わない ことといたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
GIOMICブランド販売代理店契約
・契約締結：2015年6月1日付（香港・中国）
・契約期間：2015年6月1日より2018年12月31日
MINI CHALLENGE開催興行契約
・契約締結：2016年9月1日付
・契約期間：2016年9月1日より2018年8月30日
これをもちまして、今後は、当社とGreat Drive（香港・中国） 並びにその関連各社との間での代理店取引関係は終了となりますので、関係各位におかれましては、予めご了承くだ さい。
